Have you lost your baggage, has it been damaged or has it not arrived as expected? Dresden Airport can provide you with information and assistance in tracing your baggage.
In many cases, your airline is the right contact - especially in the event of loss on the plane, damaged baggage or delayed delivery. Many airlines allow digital loss reports or offer contact options by e-mail before a visit to the airport is necessary.
Tip: Have your boarding pass and baggage claim tag ready - these documents are essential for successful processing.
Online Self Service
Many airlines offer their passengers practical online services for reporting lost or damaged baggage. Using a corresponding form on your airline's website, you can quickly and easily describe your situation, enter your travel details and initiate processing. This saves time and often allows direct digital tracking of the baggage status.

If you need help with baggage tracing, our trained staff will help you directly at the information desk in the terminal. Whether it's general information, first steps in the event of lost baggage or getting you to the right contact person - you will receive personal support and guidance here.
The airport information desk is located on the arrivals level of the terminal.
Please note: The airport information desk has no involvement in Lufthansa Group lost and found cases; these are handled exclusively via the respective airline app or hotline. At Dresden Airport (DRS), Lufthansa matters can only be processed by the handling partner ASD
